Thank you Fullmetal.  In general I spend an between one to two hours on a model.   This is a self imposed time limit, often I will create variants and expression sliders for designs.

Greg took under an hour and a half..

Zbrush 'speed' sculpting is all about workflow and figuring out what works for you.

Sure you can watch video lessons , and take notes but working with software but with anything it is about practice.  Zbrush has a non-intuitive design that requires a lot of memorization.  Not only for where to the tools are hidden but how they behave and can be customized.

Daily practice with any software with plenty of play and experimentation will help.  Especially when you develop favorite controls and can customize the UI to place copies in more convenient locations.
