Hi UnforgivenRevival
I like using your meter and I love tinkering with them to personalize them to fit my needs and desktop layout.
I am on a bit of a struggle though. I wanted to convert the HDDTemp meter into a GPUTemp meter, but I can't figure out how you determine what number corresponds to what temperature from Speedfan.
Can you give me some pointers to finish this little project of mine?
Well appreciated.

Hey, speed fan seems to be crashing Windows 8.1. Is there an alternative?

If only someone would do genuine VU meters in rainmeter for media players. What's available now VU meter wise doesn't work for me 'cause I'm still running XP.

These look nice for standard speedfan stuff.

The thing is, To create a VU audio meter for media players would eat up ALOT of CPU, from updating every 1/100th of a second or so for the audio to appear like a real moving VU. Also I don't believe there is a way to split the left and right channel in Rainmeter to create each separate VU. In theory, It can be done with some simple coding with one VU for a mixed(both left and right) channel, But you'll also need decent hardware to use it.

You need a free program called Speedfan to use the temperatures.

You have to manually edit the .ini file for the temperature. I left that option out by accident. Next update will have that fixed. If you want to manually edit it yourself, Right click the skin and go to edit skin, And look for [MeasureSpeedFan] and [MeasureSpeedFan2], Change speedfanscale=f to speedfanscale=c. Then look for [temp]. Change the F to a C again and you are done. Might need to middle click the skin and change the Min/Max Values for the line to work properly.
