In truth, I planned a fantasy story, where people receieved a machine crown from Lovercraft-like creatures, to rule with justice. The trick is: the crown records it's wearer's life, all of his decisions, his experiences, everything, including his death. But we all know, what humans are: the crown recorded nasty, horrible things, everything that possibly a man could do: crime, injustice, cruelty, incest, gluttony, bloodthirst,, vile things... and the crown goes to the son, and to his son, etc... and things just gets worse, as they see, what did their ancestors done. They see it, the crown shows it. And every filthy secrets as well...
The crown made the actual king insane, and locked himself up in a tower. The people - politicians, thieves, thugs, poors, everybody wants to get the crown for their own purposes (ex.: thieves wants to know, where are the hidden treasures, the ministers wants to know secrets, and intrigues)...

From my story?
Their culture is centered around killing. Each cat gets their name from their first kill. The main character is obsessed with killing what everyone tells him is unkillable, a human, the one who killed his mother. He's the last one to get his name as he takes his sweet time plotting a murder, so everyone in his litter thinks he's useless until he catches a mouse. He loathes anything that isn't graceful.

Interesting... a cat takes his revenge... I assume they are common, real life cats, with intelligence, and this one tries to slay a human...

As we know, sometimes cats likes to play with the mouse before they eat it. This kitty could make some torture toys to play with the human, after he spoiled his life...

Yeah just some regular cats.
He was going to freak him out by appearing and staring at him loads of times, luring him towards and setting traps sometimes.
I like the idea of him ruining his life, maybe he gets in and messes up his house, scratches his car and stuff.
