How do you come up with such good adopts ideas?

for this one I just came up with the colours (I just randomly chose them)!
For other ones I browse websites for aesthetic images or clothes and start with one picture or one clothing item like a purse!
I then draw the idea I got from it down on paper and have it beside my desk all the time!
I then add more and more ideas to it in the next weeks!
