Beautiful inspiring title as always!Birthday present for my cousin who is a huge fan of dragons :3
He also is on the way to become an artist and I really hope I can encourage him to draw a lot<3
Again Watercolor, yay. I always need like 1 hour of sensle browsing until I find enough bravery to start with the color, then I have alot of fun and then I feel horribly exhausted and then the fight with the scanner begins!
It screwed up the colors here again but I couldn't just makea photo. That wasn't nice eiter /:
So I tried my best to adjust the colors.
The version on my Instagram is probably better.
No idea how long it took me. I started with a digital sketch because I had to figure out dragons first. I barely draw them xD
Then I sketched it traditional and threw the color on it. Probably 5h or more. I always end up scrolling Facebook or something for procrastination.
However, this was the last birthday present in a while - I hope.
So soon you get digital art again. I can promise a lot of horses :3

Awww, that sucks then... I got the same thing with watercolors actually but a good friend convinced me that they can be fun if you use them righ tbecause school was so intelligent teaching us to use them completely wrong xD

My art teacher in the 8th grade made us use dry markers because they had an "interesting" look to them

We had to mix watercolors so long they nearly were like acrylics and had to draw with them then..
And we shouldn't ever use much water! Because much water is bad when you use WATERcolors!

My art class was my second to last class of the day, and she'd keep up after the bell to lecture us about how awful we were, so when she actually let us out of class, I was late to my next class
