I goofed up, I thought you had commented on another photo I had; my other reply was referring to leafhopper, so sorry about that.. ^_^;
As for this photo, this is just a little baby and they generally turn a dark brown as they age. The species name of them is called a Wheel bug if you are further interested.

Thank you! Yes they are! This one is a full adult as they start off as little gnat sized larvae. They are very small creatures in general and there are several variations of them from white, blue, red, black, to green and so forth.
