Yes. Yes I did think of that. That almost became canon and the show wouldn't be appropriate for kids. But it's cool tho.

I didn't just think of that... Β I thought of everything in between!
--Abaddon interferes with Luna trying to help Sweetie Belle.
--Sweetie Belle doesn't get redeemed.
--Rarity's headdress falls apart.
--Rarity gets rejected.
--Sapphire Shores blows it out of proportion to create celebrity drama and starts a smear campaign against Rarity.
--Rarity becomes really stressed with making dresses and from the insults of Sapphire's fans.
--Rarity starts to take it out on Sweetie Belle, even getting violent and abusive with her, but always feeling terrible about it and breaking down into apologies and crying afterwards.
--Rarity starts putting her work before her own health.
--Sweetie Belle has enough and threatens to rip up a dress Rarity's working on if it'll stop her sister from killing herself.
--Rarity nearly strangles Sweetie Belle to death, stopping only when she sees her sister go limp in her arms, thankfully unconscious and nothing worse.
--Rarity tells Sweetie Belle she is going to quit making dresses, as she realizes the pressure is making her into a monster.
--Eventually, Rarity runs out of money and can no longer care for Sweetie Belle, who moves back with her parents, leaving Rarity alone with Opal.
--The boutique starts to fall into disrepair.
--Rarity eventually decides to try and make one more dress.
--Opal becomes possessed by Abaddon's Tendrils of Malice.
--Rarity can't find the spark to get back to making dresses and seeks Opal for comfort.
--Opal scratches Rarity's face and Rarity kills Opal.
--Rarity makes her first video intended to be a suicide note and confession of her killing Opal, before she decides she likes feeling and causing pain.
--Sweetie Belle seeks out Princess Twilight and gets her help to confess to Sapphire Shores that the headdress fell apart because of her, and to ask her to give Rarity another chance.
--Rarity sews Opal's skin into her Pinkamina doll and places Opal's heart inside it.
--Sapphire Shores goes to Carousel Boutique to confront Rarity.
--Sapphire Shores is reported missing and presumed abducted by Pinkamina, possibly dead.
--Sapphire Shores is never seen or heard from again...
--Rarity releases her Sapphire Shores tribute line of outfits as part of her comeback. Β According to her, "It's like you're wearing a piece of Sapphire Shores!" Β They have no idea how literal that statement is...
