Until they make two more combiner fem-bots for the legs so I can call it Elita 5, I'll just go with this and call the combined mode FEMINISM!
Elita-1, Firestar, and Moonracer, climb onto Jazz and Prowl to form FEMINISM!
For so long, women carried the lives of men on their shoulders while the men took credit for everything.
Women had to deal with raising the children, cooking and cleaning everything, used like boots men walked in until
they were old and worn out, then thrown away. Men with their macho tyrannical ways assumed to lead and do all
of the heavy lifting, and women were always at the bottom.
WELL, NO MORE!
When these three strong women of color combine together, they have a bigger thigh gap than the wage gap!
They stand on top of the accursed white privileged males, proudly and clearly being the brains and brawn leading the
team as one. No breasts to be seen here either! Gender is not nearly as binary as the code that makes up these
strong independent minds! Whatever men can do, these gals can do better!
Move out of the way chauvinistic man-bots! This is FEMINISM!

You mean the idea of it being a feminism combiner? If you mean the idea of just those 2 being the arms, that's Hasbro/Takara's idea because they are meant to be limbs for Elita.

I definitely think they need a new combiner version of Chromia for one of these limb bots. Greenlight or Lancer could be the last limb but honestly I'd rather it be Arcee because Greenlight and lancer barely made much of an appearance. Arcee is much better known. Then we'd have a combiner of the 5 most popular G1 fem-bots.
Hah, Firestar (or Novastar as they are now calling her) doesn't come out for several more months. I set up for the photo, took it, then swapped the Moonracer arm and took the same pic again, then used photoshop to take one of those arms and put it in the other pic, then my friend used photoshop to change one of the arm's colors to Firestar.

wow, that's photoshop? That's an EXCELLENT job, I could only notice the line when I was looking for it. It would be cool to have combiner versions of Arcee and Chromia, but I already have like 10 or 11 different Arcee toys and if I had a choice I'd rather have more characters than more versions of the same character. A combiner Chromia would be nice for the line though, the Thrilling 30 toy is the only official toy she ever got so I wouldn't mind another of her, especially if they could make her robot mode look more like the G1 cartoon or IDW comic appearance.

Dear god, I'm dreading what wave 3 has in store for us! Probably end up being the first ever "full on" black combiner who don't need no white manbots like Superion in their lives. XD

Hah, yeah. Everything seems to be going PC. Victorion was just cheap crap repaints of male bots with new heads and almost no thought put into their color scheme at all. If that set had come out 10-15 years earlier I think people would have generally called it trash, but society had made it to that point where it was popular to say female robots shouldn't look female at all (though of course it's still fine for the male bots to look male...), so that lazy garbage was pretty successful.
Takara's version was much better, but still not good enough for me to pull the trigger and buy it.

What's your opinion on the OG Diaclone incarnation pre-Transformers? I mean, if you know it's supposed to be a mecha for a human driver to pilot, would the figure be any good, taking G1 Ironhide out of the equation entirely?

I think I'd like that one more if the arms were in the right place and it had an optional flip-out robot mode head to make it serve as an autonomous robot as another option.
