Custom figure I made to go with my BW maximals after seeing that the upcoming Masterpiece Optimus Primal will scale well with the season 1 maximals I already have. I figure Airazor wont be high up on the list of ones for Takara to make next, so I made my own from the crappy original figure and lots of cutting and sculpting.I made the orange too vibrant so as you can see in the last pic I re-did it to be lighter and more accurate. Didn't feel like re-taking all of the pics.

So you did this out of the original figure? Man i am speechless, just wow. But how did you do it, without any damage or restrictions to the mold?

Oh I damaged the mold alright. Chopped it into little pieces and put it back together with a bunch of sculpting.

Oh it won't unless I throw it around the room or something. Only part I'd even need to be careful with is the little spikes on the bottom front of her helmet. I own some 3rd party toys more fragile than this.

Some actually kind of do, but I do my research before buying any myself. I'm more talking about 3rd party figures with thin parts and such that Hasbro wouldn't let fly even in the Masterpiece line.
Some Hasbro figures, especially MP figures, have fragile parts too. I broke a side mirror off my MP-10 Optimus the first time I transformed him right out of the box.
