Just a simple piece I guess, it serve no true purpose more than something I wanted to paint, so nothing fancy concept wise, nor mutch of a storytelling picture.But I hope that's fine,
After doing an fast sketch of the scene with a simple brush I added alot of photo textures of woods and vegetation on top,and than continued painting right over,
Its speeds things up and gives a slighty different look, and its more fun that way.

You're right, there isn't much story here, but there IS fantastic use of light in this piece! I can really fel like there's a canopy to this forest and that the atmosphere is getting muted my the sunlight passing through the leaves. Really great!

Beautiful scene, it feels very realistic. The color scheme is perfect, I love the pale yellow light in the background. The photos help give it a really nice texture too.

took a moment to figure out if this was a painting or a photo. Great job. For something that was done quickly you can tell that you still put some work into it, that you have natural skill for this sort of thing

This is beautiful - I really like the color palette, and I guess it helps that I really enjoy forest scenes. This one actually reminds me a little of a village in India.
