The blurry at the level of the tail is a good choice to accentuate the movement.
Light and shadows are magnificently soft.
In its generality, this drawing seem to be came of a dream.
Juste perhaps a little work to do about transparency effects.
But I can't really say too many criticism because I don't think to be able to do better X)

Sky Dragon is a step into the whimsical and surreal with it's pastel and luminous atmosphere. The artist shows an eye for dynamic and interest as this piece evokes the eye to stare. A great use of pastel and lighting.
The piece excels in color use and the visuals are nothing short of superb. An excellent selection of mutually homogenous hues and soft tones make this piece a stand out.
In reference to the dragon the front is the stronger in technique: lots of detail and well defined lighting. The backend is interesting but the color choices and line work lead to an unbalanced and heavy look which detracts from the overall flow of the centerpiece. The clouds in the background are interesting but may be a tad too close to color in some parts of the dragon.
In short, Sky Dragon is a beautiful piece of work that excels in stunning colors and interest but with added definition and some contrast the piece would be greatly elevated.
