Pretty self explanitory, this is a drawing I did of David Bowie a few years ago, It has always been one of my favorites because of the soft look about it. I think he has aged amazingly well and has become distinguisted he is a living legend.Related content

A picture taken from the single he guested on for placebo on with out you i'm nothing. I was fortunate enough to be given one of the original prints from the photo shoot and used it.

whoo! bowie! excellant likeness. you captured the paradigm of maturity and youthfulness of bowie. I got to see the demi-god earlier this year at his concert in Colorado. Rocked. The man is doing reverse aging at this point.

Hey! Thank you I really enjoyed working on it. The yellowness is actually from the paper I use i use a neutral paper to work on I find that on portraits it really helps to break up the hard lines. Also the paper was a hand me down from a woman I worked with so i'm going to say it was probibly about 20 years old which made it even more yellow. It was my favorite sketch book, i was so sad when it was filled.
