Description
Milka has been selling flowers in Novi Sad for three years and now she sells in the city center. Previously she sold flowers next to a market, but she came here because it was too crowded. Salary is low, but Milka doesn't complain.Part of the same story as my previous photo - link .

Great shot Aleksandra. I envy you for this shot. Where I'm doing art our photography teacher wouldn't allow us to take this photo unless every visible person in the shot signs a model release form (it's so fu$%d).

That sounds like a mess... Is it because of the law or it's your teacher's rule? The law here allows us to photograph people without their permission if they are on the street or a part of "landscape" unless it somehow invades their privacy. Regarding the photo, this lady allowed me to publish the photo, but there is no model release form.

Hi Aleksandra. Yes it is a mess but I believe more because of the teacher. Art Law in this country is pretty much the same as what you say. It's just her covering her ass (legally). regards Rick
