Hey people! It's almost tomorrow (and 2013), so I thought "why not draw something"...So I did!
This is Shiina from Angel Beats, I kinda took a picture from the manga (yes, there is a manga
) as reference for this. So this may not the the Shiina you know from the Anime (seriously, she is way less badass in the anime! 
)!Anyway, I hope you guys like it!

Thats kewl! How did you shade it? The shading is unique. I would say you could have inked a little more meticulous in some places. Like maybe use a ruler for the straight lines on the sword. All in all pretty tight!

Yeah, I probably could have done a lot better in the shading and put in more detail, but the amount of tones was very limited for me, but then again I guess I might have relied a bit too much on some tones
And yeah.. I think I have a phobia of rules. Why I don't use them, I have no idea...

Ya no problem! Its so funny because I'm the same way with rulers lol. I usually just guess, then redraw it digitally in manga studio with the straight edge function. I think the tones look excellent! I just meant some of the lines could have been cleaner. My lines are horrible haha, thats why I ALWAYS use an editing program to clean them up. Definitely keep up the good work! I'[m going to try shading like you did it looks very cool.
