Good afternoon!
First, I wanted to apologize I didn't give an answer earlier. Much earlier. I should have  write you back sooner to not take your time, but at that moment my life was in pretty uncertain  state. So, first I postponed the decision for a while and then just forgot about it when I got  a lot of duties fell on me.
I really appreciate that you considered me for the task, but sadly I can't take any extra work now. Thought, the offer probably  is not valid due the passed time.
Once again, I'm very sorry for the late answer and wish you a good luck at your projects! And thank you!

Знаете, когда я вижу вашу очередную работу и хочу её прокомментировать, я банально не нахожу слов, настолько всё идеально и прекрасно для меня! Мне даже обидно за это, ибо писать что-то банальное, типа "шедеврально" или "госпадекакжекрасиво" не очень, как по мне <3(
