One thing that bothers me is that if you bashed someone into a coma every day they would most certainly die. Since they're already brewing concoctions that would seem more fitting to use another one to make him comatose. Though that would do nothing to establish him as an evil character. Unless you made them painfully forcefeed it or some something.
Hopefully you aren't offended by my making suggestions, some artists are and to some extent I can understand why.

He could have used a brew to keep his victim in the comatose state, but he tried to make Fighter weaker. And he was just very bored.

I think there is no way Celestia would ban him from Ponyville, it wasn't his fault.
I am glad he is happy now but to be alone even if you have the one you like with you isn't much fun

"The nightmares he was seeing were associated with Nightmare Moon's energy leaking from her prison.
