What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
This is a great prompt in my opinion! When you read it you have a good grasp of the in-world rules and requirements for the character whilst it still having lots of exploration and freedom there.

Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
So obvious I went with a deer base, but with claws on both the feet and hands. I like to think they are large enough that he can perch on the edge of buildings before dropping down on people. I decided to go for a clean cut look to make him look better off. I have to admit, I missed that he was supposed to be broad till later on after i made him quite tall so he's a bit stocky now, woops. Hopefully the wing span can help with that, with two big wings he could definitely still have an air of strength. Because he was part deer my mind immediately gave him a long unicorn tail. I didn't add glasses but I tested some out and a sleek rectangluar pair look ok on him if you want to add some.
