Deidara and Sasori watched as all the other students finished building their booths.

Seeing as the two of them were both extrememly talented artists, they had finished very quickly. That and they didn't want anyone seeing what they had put in their haunted house so they got the supplies in as fast as possible.

"You think it'll be good enough, Danna, un?"

"Ha, Dei, with all the work we put in this, no one will come out unscathed." Sasori smiled. Deidara did too and they both watched for Saskura to come by and check them off the list.

She and Ino had been bossing people around all morning and arguing about Sasuke.

"Hey, where are the others? Wern't they doing some booths too?"

Deidara looked aroun. "Yeah, Ita-kun said something about him and Sasuke doing a booth together, Hidan and Kakuzu are doing some weird fortune telling booth.."

"That'll be a luagh." Sasori chuckled.

"Yeah, and I forget what Peing, Konan and Zetsu are doing, un."

"Isn't Zetsu doing a booth on recycling and different uses for non-recyclables?"

"I think so. I forget, un."

Just then, Saskura and Ino walked up. "So Dei, are you two finished already?" Ino asked, unlike Sakura, Ino wasn't all that bad. Sakura had turned into a real bitch when she learned that Naruto and Sasuke were going out.

"Yeah, we set everything up already. We're deciding on minor adjustments and if we need anything else in the booth." Sasori said, trying to be nice.

"Well it better be good!! If this booth isn't scary then you're getting docked points!!" Saskura stormed off, leaving behind a stunned Ino, a pissed off Sasori and an unsurprised Deidara.

'I feel so sorry for Naruto, he gets the worst of it, un.'

"I'm sorry about her! She had a bad morning!" Ino ran off as she apologized.

"It's not just her morning, she's just being a bitch." Sasori glared at the fading silouette of Sakura.

"Yeah. Well, I don't think we need to do anything else to our booth. Why don't we go see if the others need help, un?"

Sasori looked at Deidara and smiled. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea."

Sasori grabbed Deidara's hand and they walked together down the rows of booths. Several people were halfway done, others were finished and a few stragglers were barely getting started.

Every now and again the pair would stop to help others get going or finish up. They finally saw Sasuke and Naruto in a brightly coloured booth.

"Hey! Sasuke! Naruto, un!!"

The two looked up and waved back at Deidara.

"Your booth looks great guys! Need any help, un?"

Naruto spoke up. "Yeah! Can one of you turn on the grill? We don't know how."

"Sure, I'll do it." Sasori stepped around into the booth and helped Naruto turn it on. "Thanks Sasori-senpai!"

"No prob."

"So Dei-senpai-"

"Sasu-kun, how many times do I have to tell you to call me Dei-kun?"

"But I like calling you Senpai! Anyway, have you seen Onii-san? He said he was going to get some ingredients for tayaki but he's been gone for a while."

"No, I haven't. But the store is a little while away from here. Even with Ita-kun's speed, it will take him a bit to get back, plus the store is pretty big and you know your Nii-san likes to take his time and get the best price for a good quality, un."

"That's true." Sasuke slumped down. "But if that's the casse, the festival will be over by the time he gets back!!"

"Why don't you just text him and ask him where he is, un?"

"Because he forget his cell here." Naruto spoke up.

Sasori tried to hold in a snicker.

Deidara laughed a little. "Yeah, that's just like him. He seems like he's a cool, smooth and collected guy, but in reality it's only because he's always lost in thought and forgets stuff all the time, sometimes even forgetting what he was doing. Did you guys know that back in middle school when we had a test, Ita-kun was studying at lunch, then he closed his notebook and went to get something out of his backpack, when he looked back at the table he forgot that the notebook he had was the one he needed. He spent the rest of lunch looking for it, un!"

"Haha! That's hilarious!!" Naruto busted up laughing. Sasori and Sasuke joined him.

"And just what is so funny over here?" An ice cold voice full of anger came from behind Deidara.

The blonde turned around, trying to cover up his blunder. "H-hi Ita-kun!! When did you get back, un?"

"A few seconds ago." He set a bag on the booths table. "Dei-kun, tell me you weren't telling them about that time in middle school?"

Deidara stood, frozen.

Then took off at a million miles and hour. "I'm sorry Ita-kun, un!!!!"

Itachi took off after him. "Deidara!!!! GET BACK HERE!!!!"

Sasori just stared after them.

"Nii-san! Wait! You forgot your cell phone again..." Sasuke yelled after Itachi in vain.

Naruto cheered on Deidara. "Run for your life Dei!! I'll save you some grilled squid for when you get back!! Dattebayo!!"

Sasori sighed. "Naruto-kun, shut up. You're not helping."

Sasori helped the pair set up the rest of the booth as Deidara ran from Itachi.
