Their names are "Tray Bryant" and "Tiffany Bryant" which they appears to be sibling but not by blood, rather they are shared the last name for they are orphans and taken in by an mother figure who is an criminal with split personality but that will be all for now. As for Tray's looks, he based on what the original Trey started off; plain and simple before the design got complex over the years while Tiffany's design is quite unique for what she appeared here isn't her original colors, rather is one of her many choices as her backstory will be told another day.
