When a Leo is 10 he was adopted by Malachi later on Malachi met Arlo married him and now both Leo and Malachi are a ruby family member but sometimes it’s hard to feel included but Arlo and the family try and the quadruplets like Leo and have more accepted him as a brother for Nora Colby and Castile they also love em Castiel and him get along more because she’s pretty chill with everybody him and Colby can get along just fine but him and Nora don’t share anything in common at all so it’s harder to be alone with her so he prefers to hang out with her when she’s with her twin know Colby, it’s hard to say why his parents didn’t want him but maybe one day he will try to get in contact with them or maybe they’ll try to contact him who knows.
