well...nothing's special.
i've only take a reference pic of band NERD and i have manipulated it with comand Threshold in Photoshop (Image>Adjustment>Threshold).
Then i saved the image and i open it in Illustrator...i've cover the original reference with pen tool and choose the color i wanted
