Requested by ashbasher22 who wanted Tech and Rev as vampires drinking out of blood-filled goblets... he also wanted top hats with the capes. Unfortunately I just couldn't seem to draw them in, in a way that didn't make them stick out from the rest of the image So sorry Ashbasher22, I couldn't fit the hats in. And I tried to make up for it with other details: like giving their eyes a glow effect, and (taking a page out of Butch Hartman's book, if you've ever seen his Youtube videos) doing some dramatic color highlights, in the colors of their uniforms (though more vibrant versions of their colors so that they really POPPED)

I'm also sorry that I am not taking anymore requests at this time. I accepted this one because it was described as an early/late Halloween picture, and I figured that gave me A LOT of time to get it done by lol

Also because I haven't drawn anything Loonatics Unleashed related in a Long Time, and I used to love that show. So I thought it'd be fun to draw them again. (Throwback Thursday, anyone? haha)

I worked on this in my spare time, but I have a main project that I Really Need To Focus On, and it would be better if I had less distractions for it. Sorry! I might open commissions at some point. Depending on how much progress I make in the next month. We'll see what happens.
