There's hardly any places left like that in the UK. Every last bit of land that can be farmed, is. The rest (and the farmland) is constantly being competed for use by any number of other needs - more/larger education facilities, health facilities, leisure facilities, housing, commercial buildings and shops, even water storage...
Too many people for such treasures to remain. We're even fracking under our national parks now, because just for the UK to have all of us an *average* standard of living, we'd become dependent on the glut of energy from fossil fuels and nuclear which we now know have problems associated with them (nothing provides as much energy as quickly, and even 'renewable' isn't so renewable or environmentally friendly when employed on a massive and intense scale).
I fear all parts of the world will meet the same fate. It is good that you photograph them whilst they still exist, I suppose. Maybe one day we will miss what we have lost, but we cannot know what we have lost without proof that it ever even existed.
It really is a beautiful view you captured. One worth treasuring.
