I came across this cute kitty when I went for a walk. After some time, she decided to join me and she walked by my side for half an hour.

A beautiful glow on such an adorable cat !

The backlighting is gorgeous; I'm assuming you used all natural light ? I think that's always best and this photo shows it.
I give you props to getting the cat, or kitten ?, to stay still long enough for a photo. I can't do that with my cat even using a high shutter speed. It's so cute how she just walked up to you and stayed by you.
It's very beautiful. The cat's eyes look so surprised { big } and full of magic, just like the area surrounding it. It's one consistent colour; warm colours. The focus is brilliant, so glad the eyes are quite sharp. { I can see the reflection of the taller grass in her eyes, and I'm pretty sure the reflection of you as well in one ? } She definitely looks very curious ~~~

You're right - the light is natural and I wish I had the chance to take a reflector with me. The cat definitely wasn't a kitten but I'm not sure about her approximate age. I like that you described her eyes to be "full of magic". You nailed it here! By the way, I'm not visible in the cat's eyes (I checked the original file at full resolution). When I took the photo, I was a couple of meters away from the cat and somewhat hidden in the grass.
