Yeah yeah, still behind.
I bring to you the last of my 2003 titles (so freaking many of them). I've played this one at least 2.5 times, the final showdown with Ganondorf was so much fun. I've probably played that battle at least 10 times just to hear the ending credit medley. This is one of my most Favorited Zelda games if not THE one. I never understood the gripe about how being cartoony was bad and come on, how can you not like a version of Link that goes *squeak* when thrown into a wall. I loved how the cell shading look was so vibrant and even now the graphics have aged SO WELL.
The addition of Ayril and grandma was an interesting departure, and like-- seriously I felt bad for leaving grandma.
The music was full of Celtic influence which I adore there were just some places that I would just have Link stand and just listen to the music (Dragon Roost Isle, Outset, the sad song that plays in grandma's house....)
Besides Link, Tetra was a fun one. She was just gutsy and knew what she wanted. It was a refreshing female character to have.
All in all I just really wanted to draw Link in his pajamas/island clothes. I love the crawfish/lobster tunic, I would totally wear it.
