The lower opacity is mostly my excuse so that you don't see my Lugia coloring failure. But it looks cool, right?I'm guessing its about to use aeroblast?

And I really wish I had SAI. >.< Just keep wanting to upgrade. My comp is really slow though so the smudge tool took 5 minutes to load per LINE DX

Paint Tool SAI is another drawing program, but I personally think it looks better than photoshop
