How do you do this? What's your philosophy of creativeness, what's your creative creed? Do you consider yourself as an artist? (I'm looking for ways to boost my own motivation & creative process and sometimes I think one of my problems could be the fact that I don't think about myself as a person who can make a good art)

I'm not sure that I'm an artist.
I just drawing favorite things. I love dressy pony.
I think it is my motivation that I really like the thing!

I can clearely see that you like it. Your art is amazing, it's very inspiring. Kind of... Kind of Jules Verne + Hayao Miyazaki style, I'd describe it this way. Very inspiring.
