This is my second stamp
My first stamp actually turned out really well, and it's my most faved piece. Lets see how many faves this one gets!So I made this from something that happened a few days ago. Someone (Im not gonna mention any names >_>) posted some art about legendary pokemon, which included Rotom. ROTOM ISN'T A LEGENDARY! So I decided to make this stamp so that other people will know that Rotom isn't an actual legendary. Its just rare! Rare and Legendary are completely different! >.<

There are 2 reasons why I think it's a legendary:
1.The legendary music plays when you fight it.
2.Theres only one

A lot of people confuse Rotom for a legendary probably because legendary pokemon are also rare.
But the truth is, Rotom is actually just a rare pokemon rather than a legendary.
But I can see why people confuse the two.

Exactly! I mean, just because a Pokemon is rare like a legendary, doesn't make it a legendary.

Ugh, people do the same thing with Lucario. It's not a freaking legendary! It was just in a movie! Ruhhh...

Ikr! I've even seen people thinking that Unown, Absol, and Zoura and Zoroark are legendary! But they arn't, they are just rare! Like Pikachu is very rare in the Unova Region, but Pikachu isnt a legendary xD
