I think Lena Headey (in Cersei skin) make a perfect giantess. Despite some pepole thinks that Danerys would be an amazing giantess too due her power, I guess Danny still a girl, who are lead by the plot of the story most than use her power to open ways. Cersei, for the other side, are a mature empowered. She already know how to use her powers, different from Danny, who still learning.
