Okay, so today I cracked out the twist board and all was well. Phoebe thought it was a riot at first and was making a mad dash around the house in giddy delight at the sudden activity. Then around ten minutes she jumped up on my bed and kinda wandered around uncomfortably but she was still okay. Thirty minutes in, she sat on my bed right in front of me, looked up at me and let out this pathetic cry XD of course I was just laughing my ass off because of her expression but I actually had to stop the work out for a minute and give her a pet before she would lay down and sleep. It was just so humorous I had to draw it XD I wish I could describe her reaction better. because it was so MAKE THE TWISTING STAAAAAAAP.

Apparently working out a few hours before bed does NOT make me sleepy that is a lie XD i feel like I'm awake enough to run eight miles but unfortunately my body is tired now so my brain and my hands were left alone...but I did this little drawing here!

I should attempt sleep again though sense it is now seven am, but perhaps I will just stay up I don't know.
