...I completely forgot about the Forsaken. Dx Then it'd be like, er, giving Ogres to the Alliance; they wouldn't fit because the Horde has much more involvement in them, lore- and quest-wise.

lol I know why worgen are for the Alliance, them being glorified humans and all. Though Arugal's curse transfers through bite, and I feel the supposed original plan of making worgen and goblins decide which faction they wanted to go for would've been nice, orcs afflicted with the curse for the Horde, humans for the Alliance, something like that.

According to the lore the Forsaken had Arugal beheaded to establish a hold on Silverpine. Also bare in mind many og the forsaken mages were from Dalaran. when Arugal lost control of the worgen many of the Dalaran mages were killed. Dalaran will not trust the worgen then..and will not trust them now. However the forsaken mages dispise them thus the worgen you play are attacked by the Forsaken at their very home forcing them to join the allinace so in essance its the horde's fualt they went alliance in the first place.

Not to mention the Nelves' place in bringing around worgen in the first place a la the Scythe of Elune, and them most likely feeling responsible in part for the curse, most likely explaining the druidism that's passed by humans and are given to the Gilneans. I know, I know lol

Actually Aurgal brought them in first. If ya did the chain quest the NE sentniel writes in her diary that she heard of Arugal and left to go in search of him. But you do have a point, the NEs do feel some level of responability to the worgen's plight.

Also being mad at the Horde as a whole after trying peace negotiations 3 times while the Horde attacks Alliance lands, that isn't racism. It sounds more like common sence to me

It's World of Warcraft, most of the leaders are racist and biased against other races, not just Varian. Besides, he has a lot of reasons to dislike the orcs due to past events in lore, and the Forsaken due to the recent events at the Wrathgate. He is not going to be all hugs and kisses towards the Horde if he still perceives them to be a threat to his people and allies.

However, Varian did show kindness to High Overlord Saurfang when he found his son defeated in Icecrown Citadel by letting him pass to grieve over his loss in peace.

And as for Garrosh, well, I'd rather stick with Varian than have to deal with that crazy hothead orc becoming warchief in the next expansion.

The whole new Worgen story isn't quite clear yet until the expansion comes out so its a bit too early to judge the details of their lore. Should be interesting.

Out number the horde on PVP servers? Not sure where your getting your info from but the horde populate the PVP servers over the alliance. Most pvp servers ive been on as an alliance we been outnumbered 5 to 1 or even 10 to 1 at lease. Only reason why alliance does good on pvp servers is they hunt horde in packs. An I must say my worgen druid had alot of fun killing horde as a boomy and keeping my team healed up as a resto.

It's the opposite on the one I use. Cant go anywhere without a guild overrunning a regular town and sniping everyone who enters.
I guess it depends on which pvp server you use.
and brains must be rather annoying to clean up after a while XD
