The Japanese club at my high school held an annual contest for the design of their T-shirt every year. My entry consisted of a tanuki looking out at the heavily urban streets of Tokyo from the sidelines, clinging faithfully to one of the last pieces of nature in town: a cherryblossom.Copyright © Me.
