*Sigh* Not this "diversity" crock again. The fact is, the popular culture of any country will tend to reflect the ethnicity of the majority in said country. My Little Pony is an American cartoon. America is predominantly Caucasian. Also, the artist is Italian and presumably Caucasian herself, so there you have it. Unless you plan on going around demanding everyone make shows with a diverse cast (good luck with that in homogeneous countries like Japan), there is no good reason why you should do that with Western popular culture, unless a certain group is negatively portrayed for no good reason.

what did you use to make this? medium in art generally means tools, like chalk or marker or paint. copic markers are a brand of really nice markers that are fairly popular among artists. so....what did you use?

I did not realize sorry!!!!
I used watercolor pencils brand Caran D'Ache, and simple markers I do not remember the brand.
Caran D'ache colored pencils are great ^-^

I like using watercolor pencils too, although I can get very messy. And It's okay, terminology is nothing to be worried about. Now you know, so no biggie. thanks for telling me~
