Were this part of the episode Once Upon A Time On Mars Part III, this would be the scene immediately following the scene where Mace snatches Harley and vanishes with her. Vinnie is obviously very distraught/depressed/upset/emotional (pick and choose), because he feels he failed to save her. The Once Upon A Time episodes were my absolute favorite of the entire series, all seasons included. And I always liked Harley. I hope in the new series that's supposed to come out in 2006, that they bring her back.

EDIT: I inked it with Micron pens, tweaked it in Photoshop, and reloaded it.

EDIT of the EDIT: I fixed the antennae, because they were both retarded looking. They still are, in the above image. But when I upload the colored version, they will look better. *firm nod*
