Description Why must it be?
Feelings of sadness no one can see.
Slowly slipping from life,
As I reach into the kitchen draw for the butcher knife.
Blinded by my misery,
She stands silently above me.

Flashes of the past in my head,
That's before I lay here; bloody. dead.
In the end it was the sadness that set me free,
As I slept beneath the ground for the rest of eternity.

Rotting slowly into dust,
They live on and forget as they look apon my possessions with lust.
As I see it they care nothing of me,
Wanting nothing but to bring misery.
Just remember what I said,
"Im free now" as I slowly bled.

As the years pass on by,
They’re greed and hatred grow.
They laugh in sorrow as they destroy themselves, all to slow.
Beginning to see what they've done,
They’re no longer able to shun,
The feelings of madness had begun.

Singing they’re sadness to the blind,
So they see what’s happened to mankind.
In the end they’re the lucky ones,
Unable to imagine what is, what was, what will be.
