Watch Star Trek First Contact. Β During the battle against the Borg cube, the Millennium Falcon makes a blink and you'll miss it appearance (it flies from behind the cube, under an Akira class ship).

Should the fact that a fair portion of this gem is actually a 1300P and not 1300F be covered in the "Modified" descriptor or should it be labeled as a "Modified YT-1300F/P"? Β Β I know, that's splitting hairs and really waving my SW Geek flag by being that nit-picky but I absolutely, positively love this "hunk of junk". So much so that should I ever acquire the funds I plan on repainting my own hunk of junk light grey and having graphics done on hood, top and sides matching the sides, top and mandibles of the Falcon. Will look odd on a Ford Taurus wagon but my car has so many quirks, jury-rigs, crossed wires and malfunctions that she behaves every bit like the Falcon. (I won't even go into the modifications under the hood that push it beyond factory specs.)

"fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy", "made the kessel run in under 12 parsec", equipped with "so many illegal systems it would be easier to list the legal ones". even the "hunk of junk" SW ships have more swag (or at the very least) more personality than most ST ships.

It's the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs. I've outrun Imperial starships. Not the local bulk cruisers mind you, I'm talking about the big Corellian ships now. She's fast enough for you old man. What's the cargo?
Great ortho mate, I always like the Falcon, I am glad they changed the design in pre-production from the design that eventually was modified to become the Corellian Corvette.Β
