This is SO striking - it practically demands attention.
Out of curiosity (because Im looking at it really really close) - is that real white fabric covering the lower half of the face, or was the photo manipulated (what Im leaning towards thinking) ?

It is actually real cloth. I have a second version I'm about to upload. It has the whole face included and you can see the fabric.
