I'm reeeaaallly curious about Cozy. Like, seriously, who is she?? We know she's notΒ chrysalis, but is she just a normal pony? Having a normal pony as a villian could be interesting, as she would have power in manipulation (her cutie mark is a chess piece, she plays people) instead of just pure magic.

Well, the chess cutie mark....tvtropes mentions that, in speculativ page of course, a rook is an imoprtant piece in chess. Not easy to dispose like a pawn and one you cant afford to loose.
She is either up toa big plan for herself or is willingly working with someone else (possibly Neighsay) to harm the schoo....and maybe the episode was just a long term plan
