My friend is starting his own project "Audiophile's Testroom" related with the acoustic measurements. This project is absolutely enthusiastic and could be launched only through the joint efforts.

The first thing to start with is purchasing of reference audio card for further measurements. The card choosed is ASUS Xonar Essence STX that costs about $200.

In the future project is planned to be developed into independent acoustic measurement laboratory to provide audio enthusiasts with reliable results for most popular audio devices, help them to choose needed equipment and configure it well.
