Tetrax Shard, former Plumber, current mercenary and bounty hunter for hire.
His history from the point of being hired by Vilgax forward is basically same as in canon, other than that dumb Chromastone inside of Diamondhead thing, Crystalsapiens are a separate Petropia species living underground, but Sugilite reforms Petropia still. It is his history before that that is different. Tetrax was a plumber, but he resigned. He didn't feel captivated enough in the force. He decided to take up the job of mercenary/ bounty hunter. He is relatively successful, and even helps out the plumbers on occasion. He has been hired by notable figures such as Prince Feireeh, Vilgax, and even Azmuth. He is a personal friend of Magistrata Jynn Ty'lup.
