This is a 2001 Matchbox Sky Busters “Search Plane”. This is another case where while it does not show it on the aircraft, it loosely resembles a real aircraft. In this case a “Lake Aircraft Amphibian” aircraft. It probably would not be too hard to make the toy look closer to the real thing.
