Background image was found on Google, then edited a ton by me.
Drawing: mechanical pencil on 65 LB (96 G) 5.5 x 8.5 in. (14 x 21.6 cm) paper
Inking: India Ink pens + Sharpie pen + whiteout (yes, really)
Colour: Adobe Photoshop CS6 beta
I think that about covers it. ^^

Yes, I think I am! ...Maybe later in the week, I'll start working on it, though... I've got a little case of art block to the point that I will come up with something good to draw, but it doesn't exactly turn out.
