This is my artwork
I've turned the things that make me afraid or trigger my anxiety into personified characters. I feel like this can help me identify triggers and what gets me worked up.
It also feels like this is a good stress reliever, drawing out what comes to mind.
I call them my "Inner Demons". This one represents Insecurities. Things that I'm not sure or comfortable about myself is what this character has but only better. An example would be the thought or idea of not being good enough, while Lillia would be considered perfect.

Name: Lillia
Eye Colour: Grey-Blue
Hair: Blonde. Long 100-120cm, messy curls.
Personality/Characteristics: Very popular, outgoing girl. Always wants to be the centre of attention. When she see's something she wants she is determined and will do whatever she can to get it. "I will take everything you love away if I so want to". Can do most do about anything without any flaws. Her appearance attracts and is adored by many. Wears lots of make-up, wears fancy elegant gowns and dresses.
