the only thing that makes me happy is that we'll see these guys soon! 
I totally love this piece and am proud of it :3 Yeah there are a couple of mistakes but I'm finally improving!
So... It came to my mind the idea of drawing them in japanese school uniforms, and this is how it came out.
Yeah Zelda as a megane! *-* and Phi :3
Ghirahim came out like some weird guy from a hotel e.e and Link's face is all messed up D: I need my graphic tablet NOW xC

you shouldn't given it a more anime(eastern) feel to it like zelda dress in a japanese high school uniform or lord ghirahim(debbie) having more bishounen appearance.
that much better then it western counterpart with shows like glee, high school musical or other overrated high school based shows.
but since you already done that for the fanart, put in cliche's like the big eyes, moe, bishounen.
oh yeah, don't get the suspicion that I'm a weeaboo, I'm not really obsessive with japanese culture, I just watch/read anime/manga.
