Let us consider the Endless...Hailing from Neil Gaiman's The Sandman, The Endless are the the personification of concept. They are "at best, ideas cloaked in the semblance of flesh". They're...very difficult to explain, if you'd like to figure them out, I suggest reading The Sandman.
Clockwise from the left-hand side (starting with the short pudgy one), Despair, Desire, Dream, Destiny, Destruction, Delirium and Death.
