I've been watching Dragon Ball for the first time since I was a kid. Not everything from your childhood holds up, but this really does.I remember that I thought Chi chi was the cutest thing.
Here I tried a different way of shading, and I'm not to sure about how it came out. Nevertheless I think I'm on to something and will probably continue to experiment.

Kind of weird that Chi-Chi's father wouldn't allow her to have any dates when she was young, but yet he accepts her to wear those clothes for her age.
