So I asked someone what they'd like to see me do next, and they said Maka and/or Soul. I immediately thought of Kirlia for Maka, but I was stumped for Soul. Absol really does make sense! For some reason I thought of Leafeon or Eevee for Soul.
But... I have this habit of complicating the context further with more ideas. I mean, how would a Pokemon Weapon work? Would the Meister have no powers? How would they function in the Pokemon World with their own moves and abilities? See! One of weird things I also do is fuse more than one Pokemon to make one character. Like I did for Frieza and Chopper, because Frieza's an unusual alien and Chopper is a reindeer who became somewhat human. Would Soul look even more different than a normal species of Absol, I don't know!

It's because of this, I actually named my Kirlia, Maka and my Absol, Soul. Liz and Patti are Minun and Plusle with Kid as Mightyena; Black Star as Manetric and Tsubaki as Skarmory (Mawile might fit better, though).

Kirlia Pikachu or Shaymin Sky Forme in my opinion work well enough for Maka but for Soul....for some VERY strange reason he woud look greater as a Pachirizu....something about it just seems so...Wow
