After years of customizing, I finally hit the Palitoy Space Pirate sweet spot I didn't know I wanted. Captain Zargon and the Zargonites!

The infamous captain commands a troop of loyal warriors, each sporting their own unique skills. The Battlepack Zargonite, Zargonite Trooper and Zargonite Guard make up the brunt of his crew.

I never imagined that the pair of unused designs Palitoy made would have rung so well with me. They would have made for great additional outfits if they dared to make them back in the 80s. More images will be shared soon.

Those concept designs also help paint a potential picture of what the Zargonite soldiers might have looked like if they had different unit types similar to G.I. Joe's variety of Cobra troops.
