So this is a younger version of Ursula from Disney's The Little Mermaid. Maybe like 14-19. Let's say 16.On her upper body those are like freckles but scales or octo-body rubbery skin so yeah it makes since in my mind hush.
Her hair was originally a light blue until SHE WENT MAD WITH JEALOUSY. @_____@ !!!
She's making that sassy upper lip snarl face because she's jealous that Prince Triton is hanging out with some redheaded mermaid chick who's totally pretty and has a tail fin and not octopus her.
