well, this is a work that I did in university
a Stencil with Tiger and Bunny's symbols
I cut my finger with the cutter Q^Q just a little n.n

Its easy to do it :3
you need paper, a cutter, an imagen easy to cut, a support to cut (like a wood tablet or something) aaaand any spray paint

nah... it's too easy
just need the picture that you want to do, an easy ilustration; a cutter, a cardboard, tape, a wood tablet (to take care of the table or the place that you're cutting) or if you have a cutting mat, aaaand... consentration when you're cutting the image..xD AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR FINGERS!
